Banquet Service Polcies

Sugar Creek Golf Course is a smoke-free public building, therefore, no smoking is allowed inside the clubhouse. 
Guests are permitted to smoke outside on the deck area only.

Room Capacity
The main banquet room and bar area is available as a private setting, with a comfortable accommodation for up to 60 guests.  Additional options allow the room to be opened up to accommodate another 40 guests in the front dining area of the clubhouse.  Also, the outside deck area may be utilized to host an additional 40 to 50 guests, weather permitting.

Reservation Policies
To reserve a date, an initial deposit of $200 cash, check or credit card, is required to secure the room and will be applied toward the current room rental rate.  In the unlikely event of cancellation prior to your contracted date, a full refund of your deposit is available outside of 14 days prior. 
If cancellation occurs within 14 days prior to your event, the full deposit amount shall be forfeited.

Set Up
The banquet room is available for set-up ½ hour prior to the start of your event, at no charge.  For any events requiring special or unique room arrangements or table/chair displacement beyond the allowable ½ hour set up, an additional set-up fee of $50 per ½ hour will be charged.   Also, there is an automatic $50 fee for removal of the big screen T.V. out of the banquet room. 

Bar Service
No outside alcoholic beverages are allowed.  No one under the age of 21 will be served alcohol under the accordance of state law.  Management reserves the right to refuse alcohol service to any guest.  Maximum bar service is four hours and will conclude ½ hour prior to the end of party.  For all open bar pricing, the bartender fee is included.

Catering
Sugar Creek reserves the right to utilize preferred catering services to provide maximum satisfaction for our guests.  Outside catering is permissible upon management approval.  All food must be prepared prior to delivery and must be served utilizing chafing dishes with warmers/Sternos.  Any hot plates or other electrical plug-in warmers are not allowed.

Decorations 
Management must approve all decorations prior to the event date.  Most streamers, balloons and table centerpieces are acceptable but must be cleaned up or an additional clean-up fee may be assessed at the discretion of management.  Absolutely no confetti or smaller type of party decorations are allowed.

Linen Service
Linen service, including white banquet and dining table clothes and table skirts, is available for an additional fee but not required.  Outside linens are absolutely not allowed. 

Outside Businesses
Any outside business to be utilized (DJ’s, bands, dance floor rental etc…) must contact Sugar Creek management at least 24 hours prior to the event, to finalize set-up details.  No smoke machines or bubble machines are allowed.

Personal Property and Clean Up   
There is a mandatory $75 clean up fee for all events.  This fee covers the time and service for the bartender/host to clear all trash, wipe down the banquet and dining tables and any sweeping and/or vacuuming of all floors.  Sugar Creek is not responsible for any lost property or personal belongings left on the premises.
