Sugar Creek Junior Programs
Junior Golf Program
This program is designed to provide both instructional and playing opportunities to any junior that is interested in golf. We will provide the highest quality professional instruction while encouraging everyone to enjoy the game of golf. Both high school and college players will be assisting in all aspects of instruction and on-course play. The insight and experience they offer to our program will help each participant learn from past participants. It helps provide a very welcoming feeling for everyone!
Six-weeks – Ages 6 to 14
What: Six, weekly (Monday - Thursday) pre-round instructional clinics followed by 3, 6, or 9 holes of golf.

Age Breakdown:
Ages 6 – 7: Weekly 30 minute clinic followed by 3-holes of golf.
Ages 8 – 10: Weekly 45 minute clinic followed by 6-holes of golf.
Ages 11 – 14: Weekly 1 hour clinic followed by 9-holes of golf.
For the 2012 Season:
There will be a mandatory parents meeting two weeks prior to the start of the program. We will discuss the program’s objectives, rules, regulations and groupings. The meetings will take place at Sugar Creek Golf Course clubhouse promptly at 7:00 p.m. and correspond with your child’s day of the week.

After School Youth Group Instruction
Boys Only Sessions:
Start the year off right! This class is designed for a junior golfer ages 6 to 16 looking for an early start.
Prerequisite: None
Tuition: $79 for 4 weeks
*Classes will be offered on Mondays & Wednesdays in April and May.

This four–week group class is designed to allow girls ages 6 to 16 learn about the golf swing in a relaxed and fun-filled environment.
Prerequisite: None

High School Golf League
This is a casual league for high school age golfers ages 15 to 18 looking to have fun and stay active during the summer. This six-week league will also allow potential high school golf team players an opportunity to sharpen their game throughout the summer with a regular weekly tee time. Please note: this is a pre-requisite for participating in the High School Golf Team Prep School.
Tuition: $84
Tee times will be assigned starting at 9:30 a.m. on Fridays from June - August.

High School Golf Team - Prep School
This program is designed for golfers ages 15 to 18 interested in sharpening their skills leading up to and preparing for the beginning of the high school golf season. This is an excellent developmental school covering all aspects of the game and is scheduled to correspond with golf team tryouts in early August. Please note: in order to participate in this program, player must play in the High School Golf League.
Classes will be held in the following format:
- Six (1 ˝ hr.) group sessions
- Four 9-hole playing lessons
- Club fitting and equipment analysis
Tuition: $379
Classes will be offered on Tuesdays & Thursdays from June - August.
