Banquet Services
Menus Sugar Creek will work with you to customize the perfect menu for your special occasion and price range. Any outside catering must be approved by our banquet manager.
Bar Service Sugar Creek features full bar service with several option s from soft drinks, domestic and import draft and bottled beer, a variety of wines and premium spirits to choose from.
Room Capacity The main banquet room and bar area is available as a private setting with comfortable accommodations for up to 60 guests. The front dining area can host an additional 50 guests for a total of 110 people. The outdoor deck area may also be utilized with seating up to 50.
Smoke Free The Sugar Creek Clubhouse is a smoke-free public building. Guests are permitted to smoke outside on the deck area only.
Outside Businesses Any outside business to be utilized must contact Sugar Creek at least 24 hours prior to the event to finalize set-up details. No smoke or bubble machines allowed.
Reserve Your Event
Reservations are available on a first-come first-served basis. To reserve a date, an initial deposit of $200 is required to secure the room, and will be applied toward the current room rental. Half of the deposit is refundable in the event of cancellation.
