Reservations

Reservations are not required but are accepted up to 7 days in advance. To book a reservation please call (630) 834-3325. To guarantee your tee time, we require a credit card number. If you do not wish to provide a credit card number, we welcome you to play as a walk on. We also accept Internet reservations on-line at www.sugarcreekgolfcourse.org . Internet reservations also require a credit card number for guarantee.

Cancellations & No-Shows
Please remember your reservation is a responsibility. We appreciate your courtesy in notifying us at least 24 hours prior to your tee time for any changes or cancellations. If we have not heard from you regarding your reservation, we assume that the tee time we are holding for you will be honored. Therefore, any player shortages on your reservation will be charged to you.

Rain Checks
It is your responsibility to contact Sugar Creek regarding your tee time and course conditions and playability.

No rain checks will be issued for golfers teeing off in questionable weather or if the possibility of threatening weather is forcasted. In the absence of lightening or stormy weather, conditions may be playable. Under playable conditions deemed by management, your decision to play, forfeits any right to a rain check for the day.

No rain checks will be issued to golfers who are forced to abandon their play during a round due to unexpected inclement weather. In this case, golfers can receive a credit toward the amount of golf not played, redeemable through the end of the current season. No cash refunds are available.

Weather Definitions:

• Questionable Weather: Current conditions and forecast affecting course playability are unstable. Your tee time remains questionable up to the minute.

• Inclement Weather: Current conditions and forecast affecting course playability may be stormy, windy, rainy, and severe. Your tee time is currently suspended but may be become playable upon weather climate.
